The Project

The project is defined as a partnership between SmartClick and Adeva where each of us has the equal opportunity to grow as a company. The collaboration started in March 2021 and is bringing benefits to both parties. While SmartClick makes sure Adeva gets its highest rankings for the target service pages of their website and keeps their position on the first page, Adeva’s reputation is helping SmartClick achieve its vision – to become the best reliable Web and SEO Agency on a global scale.

The Challenge

Adeva is itself a huge challenge – it is a direct competitor to Toptal, one of the world’s leading web development networks and platforms for hiring freelance web developers. Moreover, we are targeting several different pages that need to rank high (ten, to be more exact) and we are doing the strategy for all of these ten pages simultaneously, in the predetermined quartals.

In addition, they have already been producing excellent content, so it is our job to make sure that content is SEO-optimized and plan new content which will be equally good and even better than the existing one. For that purpose, trends in content publishing are followed very closely and new content is planned to surpass the best performing articles on the net, and at the same time to attract new leads to the site.

Another challenge is that the site is going through its revamping phase – it’s been currently upgraded and when it will be launched it will be recrawled again by Google bots which might lead to new drops or gains in organic traffic.

Client Needs

Adeva approached us with very specific goals: to increase the overall organic traffic of the site, and to make sure they rank on the first page of Google search results for the relevant keywords. The importance of organic traffic for them is vital for their brand awareness, which is already high. Therefore, more organic traffic will mean solidifying their high positions and acquiring more leads that will eventually convert.
