From Cold to Closed: Connecting the Revenue Engine
SaaStanak #5 was about something more fundamental than just following trends:
Why B2B SaaS companies struggle to turn activity into revenue.
From the first conversation to the final discussion, one theme stood out: Companies are not lacking effort. They are lacking alignment.
Marketing, sales, and data are all present. But they are rarely connected. And that gap is where growth slows down.
On 31 March in Skopje, SaaStanak brought together founders, CMOs, and operators from across the region. Not to listen passively. But to challenge how growth actually works.
SmartClick was there as a full team. We engaged, supported, and contributed to conversations that reflect what we see every day in our work with SaaS companies. We believe that being present improves the perspective of these events and it doesn’t focus only on visibility.

The central theme of the event was simple: From cold to closed
During the panel, Milan Savov, alongside Darko Davkovski (Growth Era) and Boris Murdjev (Warmly), explored how three key elements connect: SEO, outbound and intent data.
Individually, each one delivers value. But when disconnected, they create inefficiencies. Traffic does not convert. Outreach feels cold. And signals are not used.
The discussion focused on how to align these into a single system that reduces friction, improves decision-making and shortens sales cycles. This is exactly how we approach growth at SmartClick.

The Balkan SaaS ecosystem is growing. And what makes it strong is not just innovation. It is openness and willingness to share, to question and to improve.
