We’re Hiring an SDR (Sales Development Representative)

This is not a “spray-and-pray” lead gen role.

This is a pipeline ownership role for someone who wants to build a real sales engine and be measured on outcomes.

The Role: What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll own and execute our outbound motion end-to-end, with clear systems, clear KPIs, and direct access to the CEO.

Daily & Weekly Activities

  • Run and optimize outbound across: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, High-impact cold calls
  • Write and send outbound messages (email + LinkedIn) that start real conversations
  • Renew and expand outbound datasets every 30–45 days
  • → add 300–400 new high-quality contacts per cycle
  • Maintain strict pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (no messy CRM, no excuses)
  • Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads until a clear outcome exists
  • Share daily updates on Slack (what you did, what worked, what didn’t)
  • Join weekly check-ins with the CEO (direction, feedback, course correction)
  • Be active on LinkedIn: 3 posts per week (thoughtful, relevant, business-oriented)

Revenue & Pipeline KPIs

  • HubSpot Net New Deals Created
  • Min 5 deals/month in first 90 days (ramp-up)
  • Min 8 deals/month in the next 90 days

Revenue sourced

  • ~$15k in Q1
  • ~$25k in Q2

Activity KPIs

  • ~150 outbound emails / day
  • ~100 LinkedIn actions / day
  • ~100 cold calls / week

Training & Ramp-Up (4 Weeks)

You’ll go through structured onboarding to deeply understand:

  • What SmartClick does (and what we don’t do)
  • Our offers and positioning
  • Why we’re different from 99% of agencies
  • Who our ideal clients are and how they think
  • How to sell value, not “SEO services”

This is critical – SDR success here comes from understanding the business, not just sending messages.
