RESPONSIBILITIES
ORGANIZATION
- Attend weekly team meetings (Sprint Kick-Off, Stand-Up, and Retrospective)
- Organize weekly task plans and manage project documentation in ClickUp and Google Drive
- Ensure timely execution and proper structure of assigned tasks
DOCUMENTATION
- Identify missing procedures and contribute to improving existing ones
- Follow and help refine internal workflows and SEO processes
WORK DUTIES
- Perform topic research and prepare blog post outlines
- Conduct content analysis and re-optimizations
- Optimize on-page elements (Meta Titles, Descriptions, Headings, etc.)
- Execute internal linking strategies
- Implement and QA optimized content directly on client websites
- Forecast potential keyword positions for optimized pages
TEAM
- Share quick wins and insights with the SEO Manager
- Mentor content writers and provide actionable feedback
- Stay updated with SEO and content trends and share learnings with the team
- Participate in feedback and 1:1 sessions
- Practices and gives constructive feedback to the team
REPORTING
- Report progress and activity results to the SEO Manager
- Present outcomes from implemented optimizations
IDEAL PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on SEO experience. The ideal candidate has already worked in an SEO or content-focused role and understands how on-page optimization translates into ranking growth and conversions.
Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, and content funnel stages (ToFu–BoFu)
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs (or similar tools)
- Comfortable working in ClickUp, Google Drive, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented you take ownership of your tasks from start to finish
Nice to have:
- Experience with internal linking strategies and content audits
- Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals
- Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing processes
Your growth path as a Content Strategist is structured across four levels, each reflecting higher ownership, impact, and compensation.
Examples of how performance is measured:
- % of optimized pages showing click growth in Google Search Console
- % of target keywords improving rankings (Top 10 / Top 5 positions)

Each quarter, your performance is evaluated across these KPIs. Consistent achievement over two consecutive quarters leads to progression to the next level and a corresponding salary increase.
